Returns policy

In short

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online orders. Even so, we voluntarily offer a 14-day right of return on stock tables in their original, unaltered form. Tables made to your measurements or altered at your request cannot be returned – they are made specially for you.

1. When the right of return applies

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the table if you bought as a private individual and the table was delivered from stock and in the standard version . You do not need to give a reason.

This is a voluntary gesture on our part and not a statutory entitlement.

The table must be in the condition in which it was delivered. Normal signs of handling from inspecting and setting it up are fine; scratches, stains, rings or damage are not. If possible, keep the packaging until you're sure you want to keep the table.

4. How to proceed

  1. Get in touch within 14 days of receiving the table, by email at [email protected] or by phone on +41 76 400 51 57. Please quote your order number.
  2. We confirm the return and arrange a collection date with you.
  3. Our team dismantles the table and takes it away.

5. Return transport costs

We organise the return transport. We cover the costs – the return is free of charge for you.

If the table is defective or we delivered the wrong piece, we cover all costs – see Warranty.

6. Refund

Once the table has reached us and been inspected, we'll refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used – unless we agree otherwise.
