This privacy policy is based on the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in individual cases, the rights it provides also apply.

3. Who we share data with
Only with those who help us provide our services: hosting provider, delivery and assembly team, payment service provider, email service provider and, where necessary, our accountants and auditors. All of them process the data under contracts that oblige them to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection law.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
4. How long we keep data
- Accounting records and invoices: 10 years (Art. 958f CO).
- Order data and related correspondence: 3 years after completion of the order.
- Enquiries via the contact form: 12 months.
- Newsletter address: until consent is withdrawn.
- Customer account: until you request its deletion.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time, free of charge. We'll respond within 30 days.

6. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to customer data is limited to those people who need it for their work.
