1. scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop (shop.webseitenplaner.ch) can be made. The GTC govern the contractual relationship between the provider and the customer.

2. conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order and this is confirmed by the provider by email. The order confirmation contains the essential content of the contract and is deemed to be acceptance of the contract.

3. prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process. The provider reserves the right to dispatch orders only after full payment has been received.

4th delivery

Deliveries are made within Switzerland. The delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days, unless otherwise stated. If a product is not available, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.

5. right of return and cancellation

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return costs shall be borne by the customer. Personalised or custom-made products are excluded from the right of return.

6. warranty

The supplier guarantees that the delivered products are free from material and manufacturing defects. Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of justified complaints, the product will be replaced or the purchase price refunded.

7. liability

The provider is only liable for damages in the event of intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. data protection

The provider undertakes to collect, process and store customers' personal data only within the framework of the statutory provisions. Further information can be found in the Privacy policy to find.

9 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of the provider.
