The limitation period is two years from delivery (Art. 210 CO).<\/p>\n<p>Please inspect the table on delivery and report any visible defects immediately, and within 7 days at the latest, in writing to <a href=\"mailto:info@swissdesign-haag.ch\">info@swissdesign-haag.ch<\/a>. Report hidden defects without delay, as soon as you discover them.<\/p>\n<h2>Our warranty: 2 years on construction and joints<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to the statutory warranty, every table comes with our 2-year warranty on construction and joints, from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n<h3>What is covered<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Workmanship faults: joints that give way; table legs that do not support the tabletop correctly; unevenly applied finishes.<\/li>\n<li>Defects in materials or hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Cracks or deformations beyond what is normal for solid wood.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What is not covered<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Normal wear and tear: fine scratches, glass rings, patches that have become dull.<\/li>\n<li>Damage from impacts, falls, heat, standing moisture or aggressive cleaning agents.<\/li>\n<li>Damage from improper moving or unauthorised dismantling.<\/li>\n<li>Changes in colour, grain and structure, and slight movement of the wood caused by the indoor climate. Solid wood absorbs and releases moisture; this is a natural property of the material, not a defect.<\/li>\n<li>Damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>For the warranty to apply<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep the indoor climate within a normal range \u2013 around 40 to 60% relative humidity.<\/li>\n<li>Do not place the table directly against a radiator or in constant direct sunlight.<\/li>\n<li>Do not put hot pans or dishes directly on the wood, and do not leave liquids standing on it.<\/li>\n<li>Refresh oiled surfaces once a year with natural oil. We'll give you instructions on delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to make a warranty claim<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Email us at <a href=\"mailto:info@swissdesign-haag.ch\">info@swissdesign-haag.ch<\/a> or call: +41 76 400 51 57.<\/li>\n<li>Please give your order number and describe the problem. Photos help us assess the situation quickly.<\/li>\n<li>We respond within 3 working days and propose a solution: repair on site, repair in the workshop or replacement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the claim is justified, we cover the costs of collection, repair and return delivery.<\/p>\n<h2>Care<\/h2>\n<p>Wipe the table with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive or solvent-based products.
